In keeping with the wonderful Southern Riverina, Trendy has discovered the ancient bovine cocktail ‘Sake Bull – Shot’

A blend of sake, beef stock cube, celery salt and lemon juice.
It’s beef meats rice (wine) in a glass!!

Trendy says:
“After tasting this little known Japanese tempter, he says the only good place for this fusion is Mongolian beef and special fried rice at the Hon Loch on banquet night!!! Who wants to eat a cocktail!?!”
